Meatballs from buckwheat with pumpkin
It's a fine burgers! Pumpkin gave buckwheat not only its aroma but also the beautiful Sunny color!

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    100 g

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Boil in salted water buckwheat (I have packaged buckwheat).

Then proceed to a pumpkin. Cleaned and cut into small cubes. Boil until tender. After the pumpkin has aterials (it took me 10 minutes), drain the water and make pumpkin puree.

In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree with buckwheat, add salt, spices (all who have like), potato starch. Squeeze the garlic through the press, knead the dough.

Add the egg. And again mix well.

On a hot oil pan, a tablespoon put our cakes. Fry 5 minutes on one side.

Then the same time on the other side. From this amount of mince I got 9 cakes. Actually, it all depends on what size they have to be, it may be more.
