Chicken pilaf in pots
Hearty dish. Just in preparation and use.

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Figure

    6 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Seasoning

Fried chicken wash, cut into pieces, RUB spices for chicken. In a pan pour oil, put chicken legs, put on fire stew.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater and add to the drumsticks.

Onions finely chop and add to the pan. Simmer until tender.

Take three pots, put them in stewed chicken legs. Into each pot add 2 tablespoons of rice.

Add water so that its level was 1.5 - 2 cm above the rice (I have every pot left about 1 glass of water). Add salt, close the pot lid and put in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
