Cooking
Pasta "Large shells" boil in salted water until tender. Drain in a colander and drain off liquid.
Onions finely cut and fry in vegetable oil 2-3 minutes, then add carrots (large grater). Fry for another 3 minutes.
Fish fillet boiled in salted water and cut into cubes. Add the fish, and nutmeg to the pan, season with salt to taste and stir. Simmer 5-7 minutes and put in the dish.
Then the fish stuffing mix cheese (grate). The stuffing is ready.
Slightly cooled shells filled with mince and spread in a pan for baking.
Mix egg and milk, stir until smooth, season with a little salt. Fill the shells. Sprinkle top with grated cheese. Cover with a lid and simmer on slow heat for 20-25 minutes. It is served slightly hot.
