Cooking
So here are our ingredients
And the stuffing. I was out of meat, so I cut up a large chicken and put it in a meat grinder. Part of meat is only meat, salt and pepper.
As usual, you first need to deal with the eggplant. Cut them into circles with a thickness of 1cm, sprinkle with salt, mix and leave for 20 minutes.
Pepper and onion thin rings.
Then fry all separately. 1. The onion and pepper until soft.
2. Stuffing 15-20 minutes.
3. Eggplant on both sides until Golden brown, then drain them on paper towels to remove the excess fat.
Now it's time to build our lady of the Moussaka. Take a cauldron or a baking dish and start. 1 layer of eggplant.
5 layer is the tomatoes. We need to slice the tomatoes in circles, put, sprinkle them with salt, mixture of peppers, and always a couple pinches of sugar.
Then repeat layers in the same sequence, close the lid and send it to the oven. Keep it for an hour on low heat.
After switching off, allow the moussaka to stand for half an hour. Bon appetit, or as the poles say - smacznego!
