Description
In this dish I first tried fish sauce. Unusual, of course, on the fan, but spicy and interesting. In Asian cuisine, this sauce is often used. Cooking
For this dish I used brown dlinnozernogo rice Indica brown.
Boil the rice in salted water until tender as directed on package.
Meanwhile, the broccoli in a pot with boiling water and cook for 3 minutes, then drain in a colander.
On the walnut oil to fry the finely chopped onion and garlic with the ginger until transparent.
Add brown sugar, add the soy and fish sauces, stir.
Add broccoli, stir, heat 1 minute and remove from heat.
Rice spread out on plates, on top add some broccoli, pour the resulting dressing.
