Vegetable cutlets from millet. Very tender and tasty! Made them in two versions. Fried and baked.

Millet washed under running water. Filled with hot water and boiled for 15 minutes. Left it under the hood.
Shredded in chopper onions and carrots. Have massirovala in a pan, in a large number of sunflower oil until transparent bow.
Put the cooked millet, dried, salted, with the addition of turmeric and crushed roots. (They are the land itself.) Added salt and pepper. Shifted and sauteed onions and carrots. Mix with your hands to avoid lumps.
Formed the patties and rolled them in breadcrumbs. One cutlet and a half tablespoons of millet stuffing. It turned out 20 pieces. 6 fried in butter for fasting for 3 minutes on each side.
12 units spread out on a baking tray lined with parchment.
Baked in the convection oven at t 200 degrees for 15 minutes, with grated cheese.

Fried and baked chicken is equally juicy and delicious. The juiciness gives them the sunflower oil. With meatballs you can apply fresh, pickled vegetables and plenty of greens.
