We love chicken and we eat often. And that was not boring and to diversify chicken menu I want to offer here a recipe for chicken in the sauce. Has a very spicy flavor.

Cooking
The chicken gut. Wash.
Bones to save for future soup. We will use only the pulp. The pulp is cut into small pieces.

Now prepare the sauce. Peel the onion. Slice. Sauté in vegetable oil.

Finely chop the greens. I had parsley and green onions.
Pour the previously fried chicken pieces in our special sauce. If you want to add a little water. And under closed lid simmer for another 7-10 minutes.
When turn off the fire add the yolks of chicken and let the sauce slightly thicken.
