Chicken in cognac sauce
We love chicken and we eat often. And that was not boring and to diversify chicken menu I want to offer here a recipe for chicken in the sauce. Has a very spicy flavor.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    600 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Cognac

    30 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Basil

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

The chicken gut. Wash.
