Ingredients

  • Salmon

    1 kg

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Allspice

    10 piece

  • Mushrooms

    8 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Peppers red hot chilli

Cooking

Salmon cut into steaks, then each steak in half, removing the Central bone.

In a bowl where you will marinate the fish for 1-3 hours, pour the sauce.

Put back the fish and ship at least an hour to marinate.

Then each polytac spread on foil, salt, pepper and 2 pieces of bell pepper pressed into the flesh of the fish.
