Cooking
Boil the rice until tender. According to the instructions.
The chickpeas to soak for 4 hours (at least). Boil according to the instructions.
Meanwhile, peel the pumpkin, cut into cubes.
Preheat the oven to 180 gr. Pumpkin mixed with crushed garlic, olive oil, salt and hot pepper.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Pumpkin is ready.
To the rice add the chickpeas. Mix well.
Season with vinegar, salt and olive oil. Mix well.
Rice spread on a plate, put the pumpkin cubes. Garnish with fresh Basil.
