Farfalle with honey chicken
Very simple pasta with a honey flavor. Recipe from "Recaptcha" Nicky Belotserkovsky.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    250 g

  • Chicken's leg

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    15 g

  • Olive oil

    15 g

  • Salt

Separate the meat from the bones and cut into small pieces.

In a pan pour olive oil, add butter and melt.

Then add the chicken and fry for 5 minutes.

Add the honey and soy sauce, fry, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes (until tender).

In parallel, boil Farfalle until "al dente" (salt water only slightly). Drain off water, leaving about 50 ml. Pour Farfalle into the pan, add water, stir. Simmer for about 3 minutes.
