Cooking
Lamb 700 grams Boiled 500 gr of rice.
Chop the onion and carrots
To the meat add the onions and carrots. Fry
In a pan pour water and simmer the meat with vegetables
Add the garlic and a little more stew Instead of salt use a "vegetto".
All put in a pot with the finished rice
Stir and allow to stand 15 minutes under the lid
