Rice with sausage and mushrooms or the taste of mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sausage

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Black pepper

  • A bouillon cube

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Butter

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Parmesan

The ingredients that we add to the rice.

Finely chop the onion and overcook a little olive oil.

Slice sausage, add to the onions and saute 5 minutes.

While the cooked sausage, cook the rice with the bouillon cube.

Then add sausage, mushrooms and cream (I didn't have mushrooms, but cream flavored white mushroom) and cook under the lid for another 5 minutes.

Then add everything into the pot with rice and cook until tender (the rice has to cook 20 minutes from the beginning of boiling).

Cook a little longer until the rice, grate cheese on a fine grater.

Then cheese added to the rice and mix right in the pot. Spread and eaten hot.
