Cooking
The products required.
The chicken and rabbit chopped in pieces. Tomatoes to be peeled (pour boiling water for a few minutes), cut. Put the pan on a high heat, pour oil, heat it. Lay the pieces of chicken and rabbit to the pan and fry for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Reduce the heat to medium. In the center of the pan put the tomatoes, sprinkle them with paprika and saffron.
Over the tomatoes put green and white beans. Stir contents of skillet, add enough cold water to just cover all the ingredients of paella. Bring to a boil. Gently pour the rice, so that it fills all available space.
Lower the heat to low, cook until the rice has absorbed all the water, about 30 minutes. Rice occasionally to stir.
