This marinade is perfect for chicken, I recommend it for beef and seafood. The recipe is designed for 1 - 1,5 kg of meat.

Cilantro wash, dry, chop.
In a bowl, combine the oil, soy sauce, fish sauce, Chile paste, lemon juice and sugar. Mix well. Add the garlic and cilantro. Stir again.
