Cooking
All the ingredients of the dough mix into a homogeneous mass with the oil of TM "Oleyna".
Pour a teaspoon of batter into the pan.
Fry both sides without greasing the pan with oil.
The sugar melt on a slow fire until Golden in color, add the butter.
Next, add 1/4h. tsp salt (try with small doses, if you need more, I will add).
Mix well, add boiling cream in small portions, stirring constantly.
The finished caramel cool.
On wooden skewers strung minicupcake, alternating with berries and fruit, watered with salt caramel and serve.
