Penne with pumpkin
I love such specialties of Italian cuisine as pasta and pizza. This pasta was born in my kitchen from the set of products that were on hand. A cross between pasta and pasta Bolognese. Hearty dish from the category of "Guests on the threshold". Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Penne

    250 g

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

In a saucepan heat the oil, put the minced meat and fry until it changes colour to break apart any lumps.

Onion peel and cut into cubes. Add to the skillet to the meat. Cook together on medium heat for 2 minutes.

Pumpkin peeled, cut into cubes.

Add to the skillet to the meat. Mix well. Cook until tender pumpkin.

Peel and chop the garlic.

In a saucepan add the garlic, tomato paste, salt, pepper, spice and nutmeg. Cook together for 3-4 minutes. Boil Penne in salted water according to instructions on the package. Add to the skillet. Mix well.

Or pins ready to put on warmed plate. The top in the center put a few tablespoons of sauce.
