Kebab in kvass with mustard
I want to offer you kebab in a very unusual marinade. Homemade kvass, mustard and an assortment of spices for marinating the meat from the Forester. The result is excellent! Be sure to try!

Ingredients

  • Pork neck

    1500 g

  • Spices

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Brew

    0.5 l

  • Mustard

    1.5 Tbsp

Cooking

Meat cut into pieces for barbecue.

Prepare a set of spices for marinating the meat from the Forester.

Onion cut into half rings and mix with meat and spices.

Pour homemade bread kvass.

Add the mustard and mix well. Leave to marinate skewers for at least 2 hours.

Put the kebabs on skewers from Forester.

Roast on the coals, turning the skewers several times, until Golden brown and cooked.
