Pasta with duck breast sauce
A very tasty variation of pasta with duck breast under tomato - cream sauce.

Ingredients

  • Breast of duck

    2 piece

  • Pasta

    400 g

  • Soy sauce

    6 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Basil

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Cooking

Duck Breasts need to marinate. Use soy sauce Kikkoman.

Add to it vegetable oil, pepper and paprika.

Pickle sauce breast of at least 2 hours.

Breast spread on a baking sheet and bake for 30 - 40 min at a temperature of 200 deg.

Pasta, I used the nest, boil according to instructions.

For the sauce tomatoes we scald with boiling water, remove the skin. Cut.

Simmer in the pan.

With the help of a blender grind the tomatoes, garlic and Basil.

Again sent mashed tomatoes into the pan. Add the cream and butter. Salt to taste. Serves pasta, top watering sauce and sliced duck breast.
