Cooking
Wooden skewers fill with water.
Rice mixed with minced meat and onions.
Divide the egg mass and stir.
Add the soy sauce Kikkoman, Basil, coriander, oat bran. Stir.
Add according to your taste fresh herbs dill, parsley or green onions.
Mix ground grits with turmeric.
From "stuffing" making meatballs and coat them in semolina.
Put the meatballs on skewers, alternating with cubes of bread. Bread slightly sprinkled with salt for taste. Wrap the skewers in foil. Spread on a baking sheet and put in oven. Bake until ready. The bread was crunchy, you need 5 minutes before it is ready to open the foil. It is served hot.
