Cooking
For a start, marinate the rabbit in soy sauce Kikoman and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Onion, garlic, carrot peel and chop. Pepper free from seeds and cut into slices. Mushrooms also wash and cut into slices. Cabbage to chop. In skillet, heat vegetable oil and add onions and fry a little, then add the garlic, carrots, bell pepper, mushrooms and cabbage and fry until soft, then pour the sauce in the wok for frying from Kikoman.
Then add the meat and continue to fry until Golden brown.
Then pour 300 ml of broth and cook with the lid closed for about 35-40 minutes or until cooked. Serve with greens or salad, I had salad mix. Bon appetit!!!
