Description
What smells evoke a sense of celebration of the New Year you? To me, the smell of the New Year is associated with scents of citrus, spices, and on the table - the traditional goose or duck. I propose to combine the above and treat their guests with mouth-watering spicy duck, which is good both cold and hot.

Cooking
Our ingredients are.
Prepare the marinade: chop chili pepper (I had half a small pepper, but it was enough; don't overdo it), grate the ginger on a fine grater; in a bowl mix the seasonings; squeeze the juice from the orange (100 ml), add olive oil and soy sauce; mix all and add salt (if needed).
Duck wash, dry, make cuts crosswise.
Put the duck into the form, pour the marinade, cover and put into the fridge for a day.
Just before cooking take out the duck (it was warmed up to room temperature if this is not done, then the cooking time will increase), put in a refractory form, pour the marinade, cover with foil. Heat the oven to 180*C and forget about the duck for 40 minutes.
After the specified time get the duck, remove the foil, pour most of the sauce into a saucepan; heat the oven to MAX and put the program "grill" (if there is such a function of the oven) and podrumyanivaya breast. That's what happened.
In a saucepan ovarium sauce, add a little flour or starch for thickening.
Slice the breast nicely stacked on a plate, pour the sauce, serve delighted guests with any side dish or light salad. Bon appetit and happy New Year!
