I want to share a delicious, simple and quick method of cooking spaghetti sauce is ideal for vegetarian diet and vegetarian menu. Cooking
In a saucepan, pour the tomato juice and put on slow fire.

Cut into cubes the tomatoes, put in a pan.
Finely chop the olives, add to the mixture.
Add olive oil, salt, sugar, black pepper, Basil.
Proverjaem all until vegetables soften for 20 min. During this time, excess liquid is evaporated, salsa becomes thick. If tomato juice was thin to thick you can add a 1st. L. flour.
