Rabbit cooked in a slow cooker with vegetables potatoes

Ingredients

  • Rabbit

    1.5 kg

  • Carrots

    300 g

  • Onion

    100 g

  • Water

    1.5 l

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Potatoes

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Black pepper

Wash, portions cut rabbit and fry until Golden brown. Lay a layer of onions, carrots, pour water, add salt, pepper, sour cream. Set feature SUPPRESSION.
