Cooking
Boil the chicken broth, adding chopped onion, black pepper, herbs, Bay leaf (at the end of cooking).
Cut onion finely, carrot RUB on a coarse grater. Sauté in butter.
In boiling broth put diced potatoes, salt to taste and cook until tender. Add boiled vegetables and 4-5 spoons of oat flakes, cook for 1-2 minutes. The soup is quite thick, with a rich taste.
In the finished soup add the finely chopped parsley and/or dill. READY!
