Portioned fish with beans on the grill
Cooked this way the fish, you can surprise guests with interesting flow. Besides, the fish turns out very juicy and tasty.

  • Lemon juice

  • Tomato paste

    0.333 can

  • Tomato

  • Greens

The fish is cleaned, wash. Cut into pieces a La carte.

For the marinade -in a separate bowl mix olive oil, lemon juice, tomato paste, garlic, salt and pepper.

Thoroughly coat the fish pieces with the marinade. Remove in the cold for 20-30 minutes.

Spread on a sheet of foil a piece of fish, a slice of tomato, 1-2 tablespoons of beans. Sprinkle with herbs, and wrap with foil.

Fry on hot coals, turning occasionally. I used a very convenient grid "Forester ". The fish pieces tightly fixed, and are roasted evenly.
