Asparagus grilled with sauce
I offer you a very delicious dish for a picnic - the asparagus on the grill!

Ingredients

  • Asparagus

    300 g

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sauce

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    150 ml

  • Anchovies

    4 piece

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Oregano

    0.333 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 tsp

In order to make asparagus a spicy flavor, I marinate it in a wonderful aromatic spices from "Forester". Perfectly selected ingredients for marinating veggies! Mix spices "Forester" with olive oil

Pour this mixture of fresh asparagus and leave for 15-20 minutes

Prepare the sauce "Caesar". Variants of this sauce very much. Perhaps my not quite a classic, but nonetheless very tasty. So the egg cook for 30-40 seconds. In the end, the protein needs the edges slightly to "grab" the yolk to remain liquid. Pour the egg into the bowl where you will prepare the sauce

Add the mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire and soy sauce, olive oil, garlic and Parmesan. Add the anchovies. If you like I have no real anchovies, you can take dried anchovies and soak them in warm water for half an hour. Dried anchovies are sold in beer shops (for us, anyway)

Immersion blender run until the sauce is smooth, add the oregano, stir and refrigerate

Pickled asparagus cook on the grill or on the grill. I cooked on a special pan from "Forester," which is set right on the grill
