Chicken wings grilled with smoke
Very tasty, crispy wings with smoked flavor thanks to the marinade Forester.

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings

    1 kg

  • Marinade

    0.333 pack

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Chili

    0.25 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Take the set for marinating chicken kebab with smoke from the Forester. It includes chips of their beech and alder and set to marinate. The marinade includes: sea salt, paprika, dried garlic, ginger, sugar, coriander, cumin, pink pepper, allspice, black pepper, cinnamon and cardamom.

In advance (not less than 30 minutes) soak wood chips.

Take the chicken wings and cover them with the mixture for marinating from the Forester. One package is designed for 3 kg of chicken meat.

Add salt, paprika, chili, nutmeg, Apple cider vinegar and olive oil. Some components included in the composition of the marinade, but I wanted to enhance the flavor.

Also add roughly chopped onions and chopped garlic.

All mix well, for convenience put in a bag and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.

To prepare the wings take the grille Forester.

Bred grill, when the coals burned, fill them with a damp chips.

The wings cleaned up the bow and put on the grill (not tight). Close the grill.

Bake the wings on the coals, turning occasionally grill. Total time - about 20 minutes. Serve wings hot with greens, vegetables. Bon appetit!
