Leg of lamb on the grill
Tender, juicy, flavorful lamb meat on the grill. For cooking I used the grill on the Forester. A very handy grill is suitable for cooking meat, poultry, fish and vegetables. Has a limiter of opening angle, which allows to remove finished products from the grating to weight without assistance. Very easy to use.

Ingredients

  • Lamb

    1 kg

  • Spices

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

1. Leg of lamb, wash, dry, lard with garlic. Spices for meat Forester to mix with the oil and lemon juice, it is good to coat the leg.

2. Greens whole mash with your hands, put on the meat. Wrap leg with 2 layers of foil and remove for the night in the fridge.

3. Then the next day get your foot out of your refrigerator. You can immediately cook the meat on the grill without removing the foil.

4. I'm at the family's request removed the greens, again wrapped the leg in foil.

5. Chips soak.

6. Into the fire throw it to the chain.

7. When the meat is almost ready, remove the foil and keep the foot on the grill until it is browned.

8. Serve meat with vegetables and fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
