Stew the giblets in cream
I love the chicken giblets and cook them quite often. Get terribly tasty. ))

Ingredients

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Thyme

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Black pepper

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • The pie

    500 g

Cut onion into quarter rings.

I use aluminum cauldron. Pour in it sunflower oil and butter to add. Heat, throw onion not peeled garlic. Fry until transparent onion, garlic then discard.

The liver and heart, rinsed under water, give water to drain. Cut the liver into 3 pieces, heart can't touch.

In the finished bow add the giblets, add the thyme, black pepper, salt. Mix well. First there will be a lot of liquid, but it evaporate. Fry a little less than medium heat, stirring from time to time.

Fry until Golden color. Then pour the cream, mix well and simmer under a lid over low heat for 15 minutes.
