Skewers of liver and potato
Fragrant skewers of chicken liver and potatoes. It turns out the potato inside the shell of the liver juicy, tender and soft.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken liver

    400 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

I boil the liver until half done, I prefer it. Optionally, you can take it raw. So chilled liver mince, add soy sauce, Kikkoman.

Add 2 tbsp sour cream.

Break the egg and stir.

Grated boiled potatoes, combine with nutmeg and black pepper.

Add 1 tbsp sour cream and stir.

Strung on skewers, first the potato mixture, and then the liver. Bake in the oven or roast over the coals until cooked. Shashlik served to the table hot. Bon appetit!
