Cooking
For barbecue, I took a duck leg. The list indicated "chicken", as it is one of the options in conjunction with the word "leg". So, the drumstick pour the yogurt, I have it homemade.
Young garlic, cut into medium-sized pieces and add to bowl with meat.
Add nutmeg, allspice, soy sauce Kikkoman, dill.
Mix well. Cover with film or a lid a bowl. Put to marinate in the fridge for 4 hours.
Fry until cooked over the coals. Serve hot as a complement to the toppings. Bon appetit!
