Cooking
I used home frozen peppers. I have it small size. Pepper took out of the freezer and fill with water. Leave for 15 minutes. Pepper then rinse with water from the tap.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater.
Boiled rice mixed with chopped fish fillets.
Green onions finely cut and add to the overall weight.
Add turmeric to the filling was bright and festive. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Add sour cream. Mix well.
Fill the peppers and place it in a thick-walled pot. Pour water. Cover the pan. Put on slow fire and proprium 10-15 minutes. It is served hot. Bon appetit!
