Stuffed peppers with fish
Peppers stuffed with rice and fish fillet. It turns out hearty and vibrant dish.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    7 piece

  • Black pepper

I used home frozen peppers. I have it small size. Pepper took out of the freezer and fill with water. Leave for 15 minutes. Pepper then rinse with water from the tap.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater.

Boiled rice mixed with chopped fish fillets.

Green onions finely cut and add to the overall weight.
