Duck with Apple juice and soy sauce
I want to share with You the recipe of the most delicious ducks. Sweet, tender and juicy meat, and on top of fragrant and spicy crust. Help yourselves, friends!

Ingredients

  • Duck

    1 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Apple juice

    130 ml

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Mix Apple juice and soy sauce.

To cut away the entire carcass of the duck with a mixture of soy sauce and juice.

Apple wash, remove the seed box and cut into large cubes. Orange peel and cut into slices.

Stuff the duck with a fruit.

The tips of the legs, wrap with foil so they don't dry out.

Put the duck in the sleeve for baking, and put in a preheated to 200 degrees oven. Bake for half an hour at this temperature. Then reduce the temperature to 170 degree and bake for another hour.

For the white sauce mix the sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic, grated on a fine grater.

Remove the duck from the oven after 1.5 hours, carefully open the sleeve, spread white sauce and put in the oven for another 10-15 minutes, increasing the temperature to 200 degrees. (you can skip this step if You don't like the combination of sweet and salty.)
