Cabbage marinated
When on the table there is this cabbage, pickles and tomatoes just "resting."

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    3 kg

  • Carrots

    0.5 kg

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Water

    1.5 l

  • Vinegar

    1.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Salt

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Black pepper

Cabbage parsed on the leaves and a little boil.
