Cooking
To prepare the cutlets take millet flakes of TM"Mistral".
Boil the milk and pour the millet flakes and leave for 5 minutes.
Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.
Chop the mushrooms and add to fried onions.
In brewed millet flakes add fried mushrooms with onions, salt and pepper to taste. Drive egg and mix well.
Millet flakes grind in a blender, use them for breading cutlets.
Cooked millet - mushroom stuffing to form cutlets, roll them in breadcrumbs cereal.
Patties fry in vegetable oil on one side, then the other side.
Blanch tomatoes and peel, grind using a blender.
Meatballs pour the tomato sauce and simmer until cooked.
