Cooking
Onion cut into thin half-rings and fry in 1 tbsp olive oil.
Zucchini cut into thin (3 mm) slices, place on onion, add salt. Add a little water and stew under cover until tender.
Soft zucchini to put tomatoes. And also stew until tender under the hood.
When the tomatoes become soft, open the lid and evaporate all the liquid. Cook until the filling for the omelet: mix the eggs, sour cream, salt and pepper. When the liquid evaporated, sprinkle the vegetables with green onions and Basil.
Vegetables pour the egg-sour cream mixture. Cover and cook until thick fill on a slow fire.
