Golden mushrooms
Stewed mushrooms with onion, garlic and sweet pepper. Not exclusive dish, but I haven't found on the website. Prepared quickly and easily. Can be served with a side dish or as a main dish if you add more vegetables. For me, this is salvation, when we need to do everything quickly and beautifully.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    600 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Turmeric

  • Carnation

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

Clean the champignons, cut. Onion, garlic cut into small cubes and vegetable oil passeruem a few moments

At this time, cut the mushrooms and pour them in the frying pan to the onions and garlic. A little salt, cover, reduce the PD medium heat, wait until the mushrooms will give the juice.

At this time, we cut the Bulgarian pepper ( as you like) and three carrots on a coarse grater. Once the mushrooms gave the juice, open the lid, add 3 tbsp of Soy sauce, sprinkle with Basil, salt, and pepper. Stew for 5 minutes

Add the peppers and carrots, a couple pinches of turmeric. Simmer for another 5-7 minutes stirring occasionally on medium heat.

When we see that the water was a bit low down the heat, pour 1tbsp. L. flour and stir. Cover with a lid, after a minute turn off the heat.

Can serve with side dishes such as buckwheat or green beans. Or eat separately, as it is now I will. Bon appetit!
