Collected for drying petals of a peony.
Take 300 g of the petals (this number is obtained with three flowers). Well my petals and lightly dry.
In a saucepan pour water and lay the petals. Put it on the stove and bring to a boil.
When it boils, add sugar and the juice of one lemon.
Stir, bring to a boil and cook, stirring, over low heat until the sugar is dissolved.
The jam is ready! It turned out beautiful and fragrant.
But the petals it was bitter! So the rest of the jam decided to drain.
The result is a syrup with a slight bitterness and a great fruity taste!
