The recipe for this jam I saw on the Internet quite unexpectedly, but very handy! Because I prepared the petals for drying! Was curious and decided to cook! The result is before you!

    250 ml

  • Sugar

    600 g

  • Lemon

Take 300 g of the petals (this number is obtained with three flowers). Well my petals and lightly dry.

In a saucepan pour water and lay the petals. Put it on the stove and bring to a boil.
