Barbecue
Wonderful, I tell you, the dish - skewers of veggies! Like and appetizer, and like a separate dish. And a great alternative to simple boiled potatoes on the side. This barbecue turns out very juicy, but thanks to a special method of cooking, not burning. Served with a homemade version of the famous sauce "ranch&q uot;.

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    16 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Dill

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Powder onion

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.125 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 Tbsp

  • Buttermilk

    50 ml

To prepare products for barbecue: potatoes (I young) to wash, dry, cut into pieces of desired size; I don't wash mushrooms - just wipe with a damp, then dry cloth; bacon slice.

Mix olive oil and seasoning for vegetables and mushrooms TM Forester.

Mix gently so as not to damage the delicate mushrooms. You can leave to marinate, you can cook at once.

Sauce "ranch": mix sour cream and mayonnaise,

Add part of dry ingredients. I recommend to use garlic and onions in a dry form - then you will get a real taste of ranch dressing.

Potatoes, bacon, mushrooms strung on a skewer. I used double skewers Forester - very convenient - products they are not spinning. Each kebab wrap in foil.

Cook until the potatoes are done - about 25-30 minutes. If the potatoes are old crop, it is prepared much faster.

When shall be heard the characteristic hiss and crackle, remove foil so the potatoes and bacon were fried to a rosy color.
