Description
Hot sandwich ciabatta with chicken cutlet, fried on the grill with the addition of spices for chicken from "Forester". Juicy, fragrant, tasty and bright! What you need for the road or as a snack during frying of a shish kebab.

Cooking
Beef can get ready or to prepare. I was preparing myself. Grind chicken with garlic cloves and onion.
Add spices to chicken from "Forester", add salt to taste, knead and repel. Remove in the fridge until the coals ignite.
Once the coals are ready, mince knead again and form round, flat patties. I got 7 pieces. Fry on the grill with two sides for 15-20 minutes until a beautiful Golden brown.
After on the same grill, toast slices of ciabatta, only from the inside.
In the ketchup add the leaves of finely chopped Basil leaves.
Slice ciabatta lubricated ketchup.
Put on top of the chicken cutlet and a few slices of tomato.
Cover with a second slice and enjoy hot, flavorful sandwich. Also inside, you can add lettuce, cheese, pickled cucumber and thinly sliced pickled onions.
