Carrot-buckwheat patties in batter
The burgers are very flavorful, juicy and tender. Buckwheat is almost not felt in these chops, which is very surprising guests.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Minced meat

    250 g

  • Green onions

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Nutmeg

    1 tsp

Cooking

Boil buckwheat, cool.

Peel the carrot on a coarse grater. My carrots cooked, it will be much softer in the chops, as opposed to raw, as it is subjected to a secondary heat treatment.

Add to the carrot buckwheat, parasivam.

Put the minced meat, nutmeg and stir.

Add salt to taste and green onions.

Eggs mixed with corn starch.

From stuffing to form patties.

Dip meatballs in batter and fry on both sides until Golden color. Serve warm.
