Salad
Delicious, light salad. Appropriate for the holiday table. If you can do without eggs, it is also suitable for fasting.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Black olives

    1 can

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

Cooking

Defrost the shrimp (I pour boiling water for 5 minutes, then drained), grind eggs, cut olives in halves.

Tomato cut into slices, not very large.

Parsley cut.

For the filling, mix the butter, lemon juice, mustard and salad dressing (I don't use seasonings that contain monosodium glutamate). Composition seasoning: sea salt, garlic, sugar, onion, black pepper, paprika, dill, parsley, onion green, turmeric.
