Cooking
The ingredients that we need.
Chicken drumstick washed, add salt, pepper, seasoning.
Chop the onion arbitrarily.
Pour into a pan the oil and heated it. Add the drumsticks and fry until crisp. Much to fry is not necessary as the meat is then braised. Take out and put in a saucepan.
Fry the onion in the same pan where you fried the tibia. So it will be tastier. Fry until Golden brown. And with the butter put in the pan to the chicken
Wash rice and spread on top of meat. Add water to cover the rice. Simmer for 20 minutes.
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise added to the centre of the bowl and level the surface. Water evaporate slightly, so slightly I might add. And simmer 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
