Skewers of fish-rice meatballs
Fragrant and hearty meatballs, cooked on skewers in a shish kebab.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Minced fish

    350 g

  • Figure

    3 Tbsp

  • Corn

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Turmeric

    0.3 tsp

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Minced fish mixed with soy sauce Kikkoman to taste.

Put boiled rice and mix until smooth.

Add corn.

Put sour cream, stir.

For flavor and brightness of food, add ground ginger and turmeric.

Add semolina.

From the resulting mass to form balls and strung them on skewers. Wrap in foil and bake in the oven until done 20-25 minutes. It is served hot. Bon appetit!
