Greens finely chop. Add to total weight and mix well.
Add the egg and stir.
Add a little bread crumbs.
Add allspice and stir. The mass put in the fridge for 15-20 minutes. Then formed from the mass of elongated meatball, and strung it on a skewer. Fry on coals or in the oven until cooked. Bon appetit!
