Carp on the grill with lemon and leek
We went fishing, caught a carp. Part of crucians went to the ear, and the rest decided to bake a smoke in the fresh air. Delicious! To cook fish on the grill is a pleasure, simple and fast.

Ingredients

  • Carp

    7 piece

  • Soy sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    7 share

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    1 Tbsp

  • Basil

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Salt

That's the kind of carp we caught. Good catch!

Clean carp, cut off the gills and remove the entrails. Rinse well and dry.

RUB the carp with soy sauce mixed with lemon juice. Leave for 15 minutes.

For the marinade I took soy sauce, Kikkoman.

Lemon and leek cut into circles.

Black pepper, dill, salt and Basil mix. RUB this mixture a good carp inside and out.

Notching carp on one side (from two). To put inside a wedge of lemon and few onion rings leek. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Roast on the grill over hot coals for 10-15 minutes on both sides. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Carp can pre-wrap it in foil.
