Add to the potatoes, soy sauce and olive oil. Add black and red pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with ground ginger. Stir.
On a skewer put diced potato and cheese. Cheese is best cut into slices thicker. Wrap in foil and skewers. Bake until potatoes are done. It is served hot with fresh vegetables and herbs. Potatoes turns out very fragrant and tasty, and the cheese perfectly complements the taste. Bon appetit!
