Chicken gizzards in the oven
The ventricles get very soft and tender.

Ingredients

  • Chicken stomachs

    500 g

  • Dutch cheese

    100 g

  • Potatoes

    8 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Spices

Stomachs wash, peel and cut in half.

Put stomachs in ogneupornogo utensils, salt, pepper, add spices and cover with cold water. Put in cold oven, then cook at oven temperature 200C for 1.5 hours.

After this cover the stomachs of chopped onions, carrots and garlic.

The onion-carrot layer put potatoes, shredded. Season with salt and pepper. Pour some more cold water.

The next layer will be grated on a fine grater cheese. Last cover all with mayonnaise.

Send the dish in the oven for another 30-40 minutes. Ready!
