What's a picnic without a barbecue?! I suggest you to cook barbecue, not only with meat, but with mushrooms, marinated in soy sauce TM Kikkoman. Meat for barbecue, choose any.

Cooking
Meat cut across the fibers 3 of the medallion. Slightly (!) repulse. Cut the meat medallions so that they coincide in diameter with mushrooms. Onions cut into rings. Four (4) disk is placed on the meat and pour 50 ml sauce.
The mushrooms have removable legs. The cap is put on the bow. Pour 50 ml of soy sauce. Leave in a cool place for 1 hour.
Prepare the filling for the mushrooms, the remaining onion and mushroom legs finely chop and fry in small amount of vegetable oil. Finely chop the Basil and eggs.
Cheese cut 4 thin plate. Cut the largest mushroom caps.
The remaining RUB cheese on a grater. Mix the cheese, Basil, eggs and fries. The stuffing is ready!
Mushroom caps filled with stuffing and close the hole cheese. We do it to ensure that when frying the filling does not spill.
Billet strung on a skewer in this order: meat+onions; mushroom+mushroom; onion+meat+onions; mushroom+mushroom; onion+meat. Meat scraps, too, strung on a skewer. Fry kebabs, basting with the remaining marinade.
Meat trimmings are ready.
Remove kebab from the skewer onto the plate. Decorate with vegetables and greens.
The mushrooms turned out juicy, with a pleasant taste of Basil and mild cheese notes.
