Green dumplings with pumpkin
Very tasty and interesting dish! Could not believe that the combination of pumpkin and onions would be so delicious... made-believe!!! The performance I saw on TV "Food" and decided to try it. The dish is almost diet, easy. I cooked in the steamer, and in Montevarchi.

Ingredients

  • Spinach

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Zira

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

Cooking

If the fresh spinach, then finely chop. If frozen, then put in a pan with a small amount of any oil simmer 3-4min.

In a blender mix spinach, egg, salt and water. Whisk well and begin to mix the flour.

Knead elastic dough, wrap in cling film and put for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Prepare the filling: pumpkin cut into small cubes.

It also, finely chop the onion, add cumin, salt. The stuffing is ready!

Take out the dough from the refrigerator, roll out into a thin layer and cut out identical circles with a diameter of approximately 7cm.

On each circle of dough put the filling and a piece of butter.

Sculpt dumplings.

Every thing blindly, makem bottom in vegetable oil to avoid sticking and put on the grill steamer or Montevarchi. Cook for 40 minutes.

Serve hot, sprinkled with freshly ground black pepper. The filling turns out very juicy and tasty, the cumin adds a unique flavor and taste. Bon appetit!!!
